Following is the conversation I had with Ammara yesterday evening.
Ammara: Can I help you with some work?
Omer: Okay tell me, what should be the gross sum insured & net some insured of a building. the total land area is 19663 sq yd. covered area is 1500 sq yd. land cost in market today is 20m but when it was purchased it was 5m, structure cost is another 30m and furniture, fixtures & other stuff cost is 50m. Life cover will be added of 100m. if the age of building is 20yrs then what should be the term to insure it in ideal situation if we need to cover burglary on 50m movable items, fire 100%, natural disasters 100%, and life cover on avg 2/yr?
Ammara: NO NO NO!!! Please Stop!!!
Omer: But you said you'll help me.
Ammara: This is something which crossed way above my head, so boring, how do you survive after doing all this?
Omer: It pays good, You can own a Mark X within 1 yr if you know how to do this.
Ammara: Really? Okay so how soon can I learn all this? and how to start?
:) Money is BIGGEST MOTIVATION
